Lower Lonsdale
Do not forget about Lower Lonsdale. It is one of the fastest-growing and oldest urban neighborhoods in North Vancouver. It is situated on the vibrant waterfronts and offers Vancouver’s stunning views from the downtown skyline to the South. In the North, there are shy-high North Shore Mountains. It has a rich history of shipbuilding. Due to this very quickly Shipyard district became a hub of specialty food stores, shops, restaurants, and more. Due to Downtown Vancouver’s skyline, it is a center for a variety of community events and festivals. There are five side-by-side restaurants in the Lonsdale Avenue “Restaurant Row” that offer expanded patios. By the North Shore creatives, there is a hub of restaurants, shops, specialty food stores, salons, pubs, cafes, spas, and boutiques.
Robson Street
Robson Street is one of the famous neighborhoods of Vancouver. It has Stanley Park at one end and BC stadium at the other while the best-known shopping precinct of the city is situated in between. Along with the historically international flavor of the street, one can find everything along the strip. There are well-priced Asian restaurants towards Stanley Park. It is mainly famous for shopping. Entrance to the Pacific Center Shopping mall and Nordstrom Department store are around the Granville Street stretching down to Jervis Street.

The largest port in Canada and the third-largest port in North America is in Vancouver. This city is also famous for Canada’s longest pool. Kits pool is located in Kitsilano neighborhood. It is the city’s only saltwater pool. The Stanley Park of Vancouver is ten percent larger than New York’s Central Park. An interesting fact of the Stanley Park is that all the grey squirrels here are from the eight pairs of New York, that they gifted in 1909. The first covered stadium in Canada is BC place.
