Charlotte Condos is a New Condo development by Castle view Developments located at Brock St S & Dundas St E, Whitby. The VIP launch of this developmental project is going to happen in spring 2020 while the estimated occupancy date is in 2023.

Waterside Villas Towns is another preconstruction townhouse project situated at Scadding Avenue and Gordon Street in Whitby. Also the Boatworks Towns is a preconstruction townhome developmental project located 1629 Dufferin Street in Whitby. The closest intersection is Dufferin Street & Watson Street East. The estimated completion date of the above three projects are not known yet.
