On the other hand, the townhouse new listings include only 48 houses and the sold ones are 40. The median day on market for townhouses are 8 days. The smallest number, only 20 of condominiums were on the market in the new listings, and the sold ones were only 6 with the longest days on market; 18 days. Only townhouses show the fastest selling rate among the real estate properties. The sellers are getting over the listing prices. The average sold price is greater than the average list price till March.

 

Charlotte Condos is a New Condo development by Castle view Developments located at Brock St S & Dundas St E, Whitby. The VIP launch of this developmental project is going to happen in spring 2020 while the estimated occupancy date is in 2023.

 

Station 3 Condos is a New Condo development by Brookfield Residential in Whitby located at Brock Street & Dundas Street. It is situated in downtown area, so residents will have all the facilities within the suitable starting price of mid $ 300’s. The date of occupancy is not announced yet but the VIP launch will be in spring 2020.

 

Harbour TEN10 condominiums project is located on the popular commercial stretch in Whitby. It is located at the intersection of Dunas Street East and Brock. The occupancy date is in 2020 with the low $400,000’s price.

 

Rossland Condos is a new condo pre-construction project located at 1830 Rossland Road East in Whitby. Waterside Villas Towns is another preconstruction townhouse project situated at Scadding Avenue and Gordon Street in Whitby. Also the Boatworks Towns is a preconstruction townhome developmental project located 1629 Dufferin Street in Whitby. The closest intersection is Dufferin Street & Watson Street East. The estimated completion date of the above three projects are not known yet.
