Condos have varying prices depending on the number of beds and baths they have. From Dec 30 to Jan 27 the price of 2-bed condos was $483K which was $545K about 3 months ago and $494K about six months ago. Similarly,  3-bed condos are $ 878K during the month of July. If we see the overall pricing of condominiums then from Dec 30 to Jan 27 this was $484 K and this price was $519K about 6 months ago. Depending on this data,  the price of Condominiums has decreased.
