Similarly, with the increase in the number of beds and baths along with the increase in the area of land, there will be a rise in the cost as well. For example, for five beds and seven baths with an area equals to 6876 sq ft the cost will be $3,998,000.

Condominium prices increasing or decreasing

The average housing price of west Vancouver is $3.3M while the median housing price is $2,7M. This city has a price growth  of about 22.8% with 10.2% turnover. The condominium housing price depends on the number of beds and baths available along with the covering area. 1-bed condos had a price of $645K from December 29 to January 26 and for 3 months this price was $ 800K.

 

From December 29 to January 26, the price of 2-bed apartments was $2 m and this price was 1.4 M about 3 months ago and $1.5M about 6 months ago. If we talk about the overall pricing of condominiums then from Dec 29 to Jan 26 this price was $974K and $1.2M 6 months ago.
