Clearbrook Centre:
In the Clearbrook Centre, there are six new home developments. These developments are Allwood Place, Court, Equinox – Abbotsford, Natura, Terrazzo Condos, and Ventura. There is one townhouse development, four are condo developments, and one is an apartment development with 370 units under construction.
Allwood Place is a development by the Onni group of companies. There is a total of 224 units in it, and the size ranges from 1180 to 1340 squares feet. The prices of these units range from $479,000 to $529,900. Court is a condominium development by the Heinrichs Developments at 2814 Gladwin Road, Abbotsford, BC. This is currently under construction. There are total of 157 units with prices of $299,900 to over $439,900. The sizes of these units range from 617 to 1244 square feet. There are condos of one and two bedrooms in it.
Abbotsford Centre:
There are five new developments in this area. The name of these developments is Cinema District, Marq Rowhomes, The News Urban Homes, The Rex, and Upper Montrose. Townline Hill:
There are four new home developments in Townline Hill area. It consists of three townhouse developments while there is only one condo development with 142 units under construction. The Onyx at Mahogany is a condo development with 87 units. Its prices range from $351,900 to over $614,900, while the sizes range from 645 to 1167 square feet.

Whatcom:
