This development was started in 2018 and completed in 2019. It has 4 stories. The number of units in it is sixty. The prices of these units range from $319,900 to $599,999. The size ranges from 536 to 1151 square feet. The number of bedrooms in the units vary from 1 to 2.5.
Downtown, Tournament Capital Centre, restaurants, Kenna Cartwright, Peterson Creek, and shopping all are on the drive of minutes. Almost all the amenities are on walking distance. The views of the mountains, rivers, and city are just incredible from here.

It is a combination of both condo and single-family development. This development is a project of the North American Development Group. It is currently under construction and is on the location of Holloway Drive, Kamloops, BC. It has 3 stories. There are twenty units in it, while 13 of them are quick move-in homes. It has prices ranging from $185,000 to $225,000.
In its amenities, there is Parks, Firepit, Meeting rooms, Event Rooms, and Hot Tub. The colors, material, and forms of the houses are in the harmony with its environment and nature. The ceilings are up to 9′. The contemporary design is of stone while the siding exterior is of wood.
Real Estate Statistics
According to the recent market study, an increase is seen is in the sales of both single-family and multi-family homes. This statistic is released by the Kamloops and District Real Estate Association. The listings of new single-family houses in July 2020 were six percent more than that of July 2019. The sales also go up 18 percent.
While the listings of the multi-family homes were 19 percent more than July 2019 in July 2020. The sales were 11 percent more. This rise in sales was because of the pause due to COVID-19 and also the interest rate was very low.
Average prices
The average price of a single-family house in Kamloops is $521,567 and up to eight percent increase annually. The average price of an apartment is $256,950 while the average price of a townhouse is $365,206. Most of the homes sold were in the range of $400,000 to $500,000.
