At the point where two branches of the river Thompson and the Kamloops lake’s eastern region meets, a city is present which is known as Kamloops. It is situated in south-central British Columbia. Kamloops is situated in the Thompson Nicola regional district. The surrounding area of the Kamloops is commonly known as the Thompson Country. Kamloops is also referred to as the tournament Capital of Canada. It is because it hosts more than 100 tournaments at the world-class sports center each year.
