Elementary & High Schools in the Area
There are two school districts in Lethbridge.

- Division No. 4 – Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Separate Regional
Both public and private schools are present in the city. The top elementary schools include Lethbridge Montessori School, Le Champignon French Pre-Immersion Preschool, Ecole st mary school, Lethbridge Play & Learn Pre-School Society, and Lethbridge Play & Learn Pre-School Society. The top middle schools of the area are Father Leonard Van Tighem School, Gilbert Paterson Middle School, G.S. Lakie Middle School, and Senator Joyce Fairburn Middle School. The top high schools are Catholic Central High School (South – Catholic – and a West Campus), Chinook High School, Lethbridge Collegiate Institute, Winston Churchill High School, and Immanuel Christian School.
Public Parks & Community Centres
Henderson Lake Park, Indian Battle Park, Nicholas Sheran Park, Pavan Park, and Elizabeth hall wetlands are some famous parks of the Lethbridge.
Henderson Lake Park has an area of 47 hectares. Many attractions and amenities are present in it i.e. A man-made lake with an area of 24 hectares. It is the largest lake in the city. Several annual events are held in this park. Nicholas Sheran Park is named after the founders of Lethbridge. It is an urban park. There are large open spaces in it. Residents usually visit it for disk golf, a large picnic shelter, edible orchard, a large playground, and fitness equipment’s. On the Northern edge of the city, Pavan Park is situated with 125 hectares. This is the only park that allows horseback riding. There is a variety of plants and animals in this park. Elizabeth hall wetlands are between the golf courses and the Oldman River. It is a preservation area and nature interpretation park. It is the best place for those who are interested in watching birds. There is a variety of birds like ducks, geese, shoreline birds, and songbirds in the park. There are also other animals which include western painted turtles, muskrats, and beavers.

There is a swimming pool, gymnasium, playground, day camps, Preschool, fitness center with cardio, yoga classes, Children’s play area, and a small leisure pool in the Nicholas Sheran Leisure Center Pool. In short, it has a wide range of leisure activities for both the children and adults.
ATB center provides a large number of programs and recreation activities. There is a playground, auditorium, preschool, fitness room, skating, theatre, yoga classes, adult programs, arenas, hockey, playschool activities, sports, children’s play area, outdoor basketball, and swimming pool in it. Fritz Sick Pool is another community center with many fun activities. It provides programs that are both educationally sound and healthy. Furthermore, here adults can enjoy in 8 Lane 25-meter pool, auditorium, outdoor camps, community outreach programs, barrier-free pool access, windowed area off the pool deck, children’s play area, playschool activities, day camp, preschool, adult, and youth programs. There is also a chair lift and entry ramp of the pool.
