Schools
Mississauga offers a variety of excellent private elementary schools that will give children a superb learning environment. It has elementary schools in Etobicoke, Erindale, Meadowvale, Malton, Sheridan, Clarkson, Port Credit, Lorne Park, Erin Mills, Hurontario, Erindale, Streets Ville, Credit Valley, and Lakeview.

Many of Mississauga’s private elementary schools are associated with high schools. Feeder schools facilitate the possibly difficult conversion from elementary school to high school.
Hospitals
Mississauga hospitals offer round-the-clock care to patients, including emergency, surgical, chronic care, specialized mental health, rehabilitation services and complex continuing care. Hospitals collaborate with other parts of health care system to provide coordinated care to patients. Mississauga Hospital is a zonal and teaching hospital in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. It offers general medical services to residents of central and southern Mississauga as well as regional stroke, neurological, and cardiac care. From 1998 to 2011, the hospital was called as Trillium Health Centre Mississauga. The name was changed to Mississauga Hospital following Trillium Health Centre’s merger with Credit Valley Hospital on December 1, 2011 to form Trillium Health Partners.

Meadowvale Conservation Area
Meadowvale Conservation is situated at 1081 Old Derry Road West at the end of Second Line just north of Old Derry Road. This park provides facilities of fishing, one comfort station three picnic areas, barbecues and horizontal open spaces for game with a natural trail. Parking is available for 100 vehicles with 2 disabled people’s parking spots. Group picnics with more than 25 people require a permit in order to reserve an area per day basis.
Meadowvale Community Library branch is under Mississauga Library System situated in Meadowvale of Mississauga, Ontario. Meadowvale Community Centre was officially unveiled in January 1982. The original building was 43,500 square feet including a fitness center with racquetball, pool, meeting rooms (including a large auditorium), squash courts, and lobby space. In 2014, the community center was closed for renovation and development by the City of Mississauga. Redevelopment of Meadowvale Community Centre was a priority matter for City with a budget of $1 (CDN).

The prices for Mississauga homes for sale have been increasing every year since 2009. There’s a growing parting in Canadian housing market trends between eastern and western Canada. A percentage between 40 – 60 per cent is considered a balanced market, while below and above that threshold point to buyers’ and sellers. Mississauga observed a price increase of roughly 3.6 per cent over June.
