In July 2023, home prices in Vaughan increase by 1.6% to $1.35 million.
 
The Toronto Regional Real Estate Board reported that in July 2023, the average cost of a home in Vaughan was $1.35 million. That represents an increase of 1.6%, or $21,415, over January 2023 but a decrease of 16.%, or $257,430, over July 2022.
 
At the end of July, Vaughan had 254 home sales after an average of 22 days on the market and 482 active listings. In comparison to the same period last year, sales were down 43% and the number of active listings was up 28.9%.
 
The average price of detached homes was $1.91 million, up 6% or $107,342 from month to month but down 14.4% or $321,124 from year to year. There were 116 sales of detached homes.
 
Semi-detached homes cost an average of $1.12 million, up 0.8% or $8,437 from month to month but down 23.9% or $350,478 from year to year. At the conclusion of the month, there were 12 active listings and 15 transactions of semi-detached homes, which spent an average of 20 days on the market.
 
The average price of attached homes was $1.18 million, up 11% from month to month or $116,395 but down 16.8% from year to year or $238,214. At the conclusion of the month, there were 42 active listings, 40 attached house sales, and an average of 22 days on the market.
