Brantford Home sales rise in September as sales recovery continues to build momentum.
In September 2023, the association had 208 units overall. From September 2022, this was an increase of 10.1%.
For the month of September, home sales fell 15.1% and 12.1% below the 10-year average, respectively. Home sales for the first half of the year reached 1,054 units on a year-to-date basis. This was a significant decrease of 19.8% from the same time in 2022.
